TE KUITI: Accident happened here
The name of a man killed when struck by a train on the Main Trunk Line in Te Kuiti early Sunday morning has been released.
He was Jack Huka Hepi, aged 34, of Te Kuiti.
Te Kuiti Sub-Area Manager, Senior Sergeant Rob Van Kalken, said initial indications were that there no suspicious circumstances related to Mr Hepi’s death whih had been reported to the Coroner.
