There’s not much to look at - apart from the massive big blue crane, which is the attraction and fascinating.

You can stare up at it, get an information pack and sign your name inside one of the last remaining Newmarket SH1 bridge segments which will complete the new southbound viaduct.

The open day is at Mahuru Street, Newmarket around St Marks Rd (just look for the crane on the skyline!)
