The Victoria Park tunnel project is nearing its next stage with tunnel walls being built under Victoria Park and the Birdcage Tavern being readied for moving.
Birdcage clouded in scaffold awaiting move up Franklin Rd
That move won’t happen for a little while yet - around three months time.
It will be moved 40m up Franklin Road.
The Victoria St /Franklin Rd intersection layout was changed last weekend to help contractors with their next stage.
