Wgtn Bus Introduces 30-Day Pass

 

Wellington’s bus service  GO Wellington is introducing a 30 Day Pass.

Zane Fulljames, Chief Operating Officer, NZ Bus says customers and the Greater Wellington Regional Council Chair, Fran Wilde asked the company to reconsider introducing a monthly Snapper based pass .

So for $135 GO Wellington customers can access unlimited travel over 30 consecutive days on all GO Wellington services.

Airport Flyer, Valley Flyer and Runciman’s services are excluded.

The new pass is only available on Snapper from selected Snapper retailers. It cannot be purchased on bus and is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of first use. It can be used at any time of day or night, including After Midnight services.

Customers travelling within zones one to three, including the city section would get almost a 30% discount.will receive an almost 30 per cent discount,  that’s $4.50 per day.

Customers can still choose the way they pay for their bus fare – cash, Snapper and receive a discount of between 20 and 30%, or one of our monthly or daily passes to suit their requirements.
