Is Underpass Leaking?

Last time I used the Kingsland station underpass, it was ankle deep in water.
I raised the issue at the time as to whether the underpass was a leaking building.
Tonight it looks damp inside and as if some sort of remedial work is planned.
I wonder if there really is a problem?

It also has tape and barriers closing it off.

  1. Scott says:

The steps on the kings land township of the tunnel have a lip on the outer edge that allowed water to “pool” about 5mm deep on each step.

I think generally more should have been done to make the tunnel feel more like a corridor and less like a damp bunker. I do think its location is ideal however.
