Inside The Manukau Rail Link Construction - Close Up Photos

 

The trench walls are complete for the Manukau rail link project and trench excavation has begun.
Diggers are starting to remove earth from what will be a 300m-long trench housing an island platform and the new station for the Manukau rail link.
This project, is moving along nicely.
Here’s the latest look close up from inside the walled construction site (thanks OnTrack):

    While this makes me glad to see it, the pace of construction also makes me despair about Onehunga a bit..!
